About this website
This notice explains how information is handled through the Big Red's Fences website and consultation form. Questions? Email [email protected] or call 505-503-9834.
Information you provide
The consultation form collects your name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, and the project details you choose to provide. Correspondence about your inquiry and any resulting estimate or requested work may also be kept.
Please do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in the project description.
How information is used
Your information is used to respond to your request, understand your project, prepare estimates, arrange consultations or requested work, and keep related business records. Submitting the form asks Big Red's Fences to contact you by phone or email about your project. It does not subscribe you to automated text messages or promotional emails.
Website and service providers
This website uses GoHighLevel and its related hosting, form, and customer-management services to receive and manage inquiries. Hosting and communication providers may process information to deliver those functions. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights, security, or safety.
Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. Website and form services may use functional cookies or similar technology. Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts, which receives the browser requests needed to deliver them. The embedded service-area map is provided by Google Maps. When the map loads or you interact with it, Google receives browser requests and may process technical information under its own privacy practices. This website's custom code does not add advertising pixels.
Your choices
You can call or email instead of using the form. To request a correction, access to information you submitted, deletion, or an end to project follow-up, contact [email protected]. Requests will be reviewed in light of identity verification, applicable requirements, and business recordkeeping needs.
Retention and security
How long information is kept depends on the inquiry, any resulting work, and related business, dispute, and legal recordkeeping needs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Outside links and updates
Facebook, TikTok, and other outside websites have their own privacy practices. Following an outside link does not itself subscribe you to messages from Big Red's Fences.
This service is intended for adults arranging fence projects. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. Changes to this notice will be posted here with an updated effective date.
